  1. when you factory reset the whole device the AP should then be online and not disappear. I would then just to make sure connect directly to the device and directly login to the device its self.
  2. have a look at creating a scene and a notification function
  3. @violatricola I had this happen to me some time ago. How I fixed it was going to the local webui of the device via the web-browser with the Ip address. I then updated the firmware from the local webui and the issue was resolved it must have been a small bug on a version of the i4. hope that helps
  4. not sure what you are trying to get done. Could you add more details on the use case. You can you add it in german if its more easy for you 🙂
  5. When you reset the device manually, the shelly will disconnect from the network and remain in the app. it is best also to delete it from the app and re-add it to the app. The best method then is via Bluetooth or AP mode. what I do to confirm the device has been reset is by looking if the device SSID is visible in the wifi browser not the phone or laptop.
  6. Do you have a premium subscription to the app? as far as I know, the data is not instantly streamed to the cloud but is updated every 5 minutes. That could be the reason why you see other values it would not be instant live results
  7. Kannst du genauer erklären, was hier passiert?
  8. ahhh ok i forgot about that product. Im not sure about that to be honest. But I don't think so have you looked into some 3D printing options ?
  9. ok this is a other situation with its related to bad weather. this i am not sure about, with the IP reserved address from the router side this would help but only if the router boots up before the shelly. Most cases Routers take some time to finish the boot cycle. There is a setting with the shelly if the device restarts it can then be set to the following. return to previous status ( if it was on it will return on when it was off it would stay off: this is good but please make sure that its not connected to a fridge or system that needs to be on after a power outage) switch on switch off eco mode off that would be a interesting test to see if that changes the behavior of the device.
  10. What button are you referring to ? maybe you could add more info
  11. not sure what the use case for this would be could you made add some details maybe there is a method
  12. yes, this was noticed and waiting for the update on the fix.
  14. can you send me a screenshot so I can see what you mean? I can then have it fixed
  15. Correct if to wake up the whole building then I would recommend a scene with an external alarm system to wake everyone up. Like @tvbshelly said, the battery power will drain a lot faster to be online and listening all the time.
  16. So with the DHCP server on the router, it would provide the device an IP address when it's added to the network. In the App, it will display the last known IP address the device was connected to before it goes off-line. This is why it's best to check on the router to find the device to check what IP address it was given to see if it's online. In the App, you can delete the device and select the last option "scan network" it should then find the device when it's connected to the network: This only happens when the device is not in the app already. It's a slight pain, but this is the easiest method when the device has been deleted in the app and is connected to the network. Then you can log in to the device directly and then add it to the app via the IP address. Otherwise, when the device is connected to the power source, and you have reset it with holding the button on the back of the device for 10–15 seconds you should then see the SSID/Wi-Fi of the device display in the Wi-Fi list. If you have reset the device, and you have it plugged it and nothing is displayed then yeah could be that the device is faulty
  18. Try go into the device via the IP address with a browser. you can confirm if the device is responding to you using CMD to ping the IP address and see if you get a response. If you get a response with the Ping command then you should be able to login to the device via the browser. If you don't get a response make sure the device is online and login to your router and find the IP address with in the network devices from the router. When you reset the device most times you will need to remove it from the app and rebind it to the account even when you readded it into the network.
  20. does the offline device have an ip address It could be that the device has the cloud setting disabled so that would then not show online in the app. Try and see if you can login to the device via the WebUI with the Ipaddress of the device. Then check that the device is updated and enable the cloud. if the device is still offline in your app delete it from the app and add it again via the "add with IP address" option then it should be good to go
  21. did you do a factory reset from the device or application? Maybe try adding the device into the network via the web console of the device see the screen show below
  22. give it a try I only noticed a DHCP type error in the logs
  24. never tried myself but i did not see a MQTT option for the Shelly H&T. If you want to have a Sensor maybe have a look at the shelly addon. that device has the option to send information via MQTT
