  1. I'm wondering how you tried to set the timezone to Amsterdam. via Autodetect? Amsterdam is not on the list, only Brussels is nearby
  2. Would like to reproduce it. Which time zone is desired?
  3. Can you please explain your problems with the H&T gen3 in more detail?
  4. When H&T Gen3 is currently sleeping: Please press the device button 1 time to wake up your device. Now it is possible for short time to set the local time zones in the settings menu via the app or at https://control.shelly.cloud -or if the internal IP address of the H&T is known via the WEB-UI
  5. Have you already been able to test the 2nd channel or, as suggested, just connect 2 of the 3 lights and try to calibrate?
  6. Strange. Which type/manufacturer of LED lamps is installed? Have you tried calibrating with only 2 LEDs connected instead of the 3?
  7. provide Overpower settings please. Also http://IP_ProDimmerX/rpc/Shelly.GetStatus and http://IP_ProDimmerX/rpc/Shelly.GetConfig Thanks
  8. which firmware is installed? What type of load is connected? What settings have you made for Overpower?
  9. As already written, the betas will be visible in the WEB UI when they are released. At the moment there doesn't seem to be any publicly available beta firmware
  10. Probably a misunderstanding. As a rule, the beta firmware of the WallDisplay is made freely accessible to everyone in the WEB UI as soon as it is released...
  11. yes, over Web-UI - wake up H&T and type IP Adress in your Browser
  12. It is possible that you have to try to wake it up 2-3 times and restart the update via the app before it is successful
  13. In fact, all battery-operated devices (plus smoke, plus h&t, h&t gen3) are not updated at the next wakeup if the update is triggered via the app. seems to be a bug
  14. It is intended and correct that the device's own AP is activated after a factory reset. Blue light indicator will be on if in AP mode. see also here: https://kb.shelly.cloud/knowledge-base/shelly-pro-2pm-v1 What information is there in the error message?
  15. Welcome, the problem is already known and is being investigated and hopefully resolved soon. Thanks for the report
  16. you can easily use the actions in the wall display based on touch or a connected switch to SW (in detached mode and specify actions for it)
  17. No, unfortunately it won't work if internet is down. Reason: Scenes are generally cloud-bound. You should be aware of the risk of failure
  18. This is possible provided the i3 is connected to the same phase as the wall display, but I'm wondering what exactly you're planning on doing: You could also use the touch on the wall display via Actions to control the other devices at the same time. The detour via an i3 is not necessary here

    Shelly plus uni

It is a mistake that is often made, background: some browsers change http:// to https:// independently and the device is therefore not accessible. But I also noticed something similar with the Plus Uni: apparently the call to the WEB-UI is very, very slow, it sometimes takes up to 3 minutes for the WEB-UI page to load. The reasons for this are still unknown to me. Can you successfully ping the IP assigned by the router for the Plus UNI at any time without delay? Is IP_UNI/rpc/Shelly.GetStatus reachable and is there any output for it?
  20. You can also use the BLE Debug app to make settings and updates etc. without a gateway/ smart control App: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=cloud.shelly.bledebug https://apps.apple.com/us/app/shelly-ble-debug/id6449539118

    Did you use http:// instead https:// ?
  22. By web browser do you mean control.shelly.cloud or WEB-UI? In the app there are delays of up to 15 seconds until the status indicator changes if you have deactivated the cloud and are using the app in local mode. The status change can be seen in the WEB UI at any time despite the cloud being deactivated. Button Type is "Switch? please share: http://IP_your_Plus1/rpc/shelly.getconfig
  23. How do you want to monitor and operate the input state? via app? Or via embedded web? Please check the setting here in the app settings:
  24. Plus 1 Mini was chosen because it is the cheapest alternative to implement your project. The same phase (L) as connected to the Shelly for power supply is connected to the I of the dry contact on the contactor, the O contact switched by the contactor is then connected to the SW input of the Shelly. You can display the status of whether the contactor is switched or not in the app or in the WEB UI (here th red bar for OFF / its ON then green). You can also further process the status using scenes or actions. The I and O of the Shelly Plus 1 Mini can be unused or used for other purposes if you want to switch something smart and potential-free. Important: in input/output settings, the button type must be 'detached' so that the internal relay in Shelly can still be switched via the app or the web UI or via automation. The SW input is then detached from the relay
  25. Welcome! There are many options, e.g. a Shelly Plus 1 Mini would be sufficient for your project. Do you have further information about the manufacturer/type of the contactor? Is it a contactor with auxiliary contact (potential-free)?
