  1. You will find it in input/ output settings
  2. Can you please provide us a picture of the wiring, have you tried power cycling? Wasn't there a problem with the previous firmware?
  3. In Web-UI: Settings -> Authentification (Username is "admin")
  4. Please leave a feature request using the device and feature request form below: https://allterco.freshdesk.com/en/support/tickets/new?ticket_form=devices_and_features_proposals_***_(use_this_form_for_proposing_your_ideas_only) The more of these inquiries received, the higher the likelihood that the customer's wishes will be implemented - if it is technically possible.
  5. What is the installation situation (ambient temperature, space to the left and right of the Pro1PM)? what does the output of http:/DeviceIP/rpc/Shelly.GetStatus say?
  6. Simply type the IP address of the Shelly device assigned by the router into the address bar of your browser if you are in the home network. Then the embedded web interface should open and you can make all the settings you want...
  7. If you want to replace the current timer in the electrical board, the Shelly Pro1 is certainly the better choice. There are also options to mount a Shelly Plus 1 or Shelly 1 Mini Gen3 on a top-hat rail with printed adapters. What power consumption does the fan have? Have you also thought about controlling the fan depending on the humidity? Then an H&T Gen3 or BLU H&T as a sensor would certainly also be worth considering.
  8. This is normal behavior for the Shelly's SW inputs. There are 2 options: Either install a coupling relay between the motion detectors and the input or get a motion detector with correct potential-free switching contacts.
  9. Since when have the Shelly 2.5 been in operation? It could be related to the well-known capacitor problem. In order to be able to process your case optimally, please submit a support ticket via the ticket system: https://support.shelly.cloud/de/support/tickets/new
  11. There will probably be no FW update for this feature on the Gen1 Uni. But the solution is Gen2 Plus uni along with a 2:1 voltage divider as @thgoebel mentioned...
  12. it is a gen1 UNI @thgoebel But for Plus Uni it would be a common workaround 🙂
  13. Maybe an IP conflict? what happens if you connect via DHCP and not with static IP? What does the debug log/diagnosis say in WEB-UI
  14. It is possible that the firmware on one device is very outdated. Please install the latest FW on all devices to enjoy full feature functionality. 🙂
_____________________________________________________________________________________ there are multiple possibilities e.g. scenes - Scenes can be created here via the app or http://control.shelly.cloud (conditions when a short, long, 2x or 3x short press is pressed) - the actions to be carried out can then be easily carried out by selecting the devices to be controlled However, scenes are cloud-bound and a stable internet connection is required e.g. via webhooks/actions As already correctly recognized, the IP address of the relay to be controlled must be entered together with the command parameters in the URL line for short, long, 2x or 3x short. Example of turning on the Shelly 1 Mini Gen3: http://IP_from_1PMMiniG3/relay/0?turn=on or alternative RPC command: http://IP_from_1PMMiniG3/rpc/switch.set?id=0&on=true Example to turn off the Shelly 1 Mini Gen3: http://IP_from_1PMMiniG3/relay/0?turn=off or alternative RPC Command: http://IP_from_1PMMiniG3/rpc/switch.set?id=0&on=false Example of switching the Shelly 1 Mini Gen3: http://IP_from_1PMMiniG3/relay/0?turn=toggle or alternative RPC command: http://IP_from_1PMMiniG3/rpc//switch.toggle?id=0 Webhooks/Actions also work without the Internet, but a stable WLAN connection is required for the devices to communicate with each other Further information about http requests can also be found here: https://shelly.guide/webhooks-https-requests/ For the initial setup and setting measures, it is recommended to connect button 1 to USB, then it will be permanently awake.
  16. Webhooks are already working. As an example, you can set the input and switch, screen touch/wipe, temperature, humidity brightness as conditions for actions
  17. Shelly Plus 1 kann 1:1 den Shelly1 ersetzen, erfreue dich über den Mehrwert (Bluetooth, Scripting etc) 🙂
  18. The SW inputs on the Pro1 are not without potential, there is approx. 1/2 of the input voltage on L. It's dangerous to think you can just use SW for this case. It is helpful to provide better pictures and more information as well as a connection sketch - as you planned. But I now think that either a coupling relay (or comparable) is necessary or perhaps a Shelly Plus Uni with an additional contactor may be the better choice
  19. Shelly BLU Button 1 is BLE Device, a 2nd and 3rd Gen Shelly (exception: battery operated) or a BLE Gateway is required as an observer/Gateway. If a BLU gateway (as described above) is available, Gen1 devices can also be switched. Or did you mean (the older) Shelly Button1? Shelly Button1 is WiFi Device and works with Gen1 Shelly more informations here: https://kb.shelly.cloud/knowledge-base/shelly-button-1
  20. How I would handle it: Each device comes with its AP with its own SSID. I would give this AP a password. Access to the device then via the individual SSID. As a preparatory measure and if the WLAN access data is already known - these can already be preconfigured. As soon as the WLAN is available, the devices connect to it...
  21. yes, you can access the own AP for each individual device via 192.168.33.1 and preset the settings for the WiFi network and static IPthere. To do this, the WLAN access data must already be known
  22. How far is it from the router? Bring it closer and try again...
  23. About this problem, please contact support via the ticket system: https://support.shelly.cloud/en/support/home
  24. you also try it within 3 minutes of his wake-up time (after pressing the rest button)? 🤔
  25. Why don't you just use Autodetect? or do you choose Brussels as the next possible option? Bring the device a little closer to the router for settings, reception may be very poor
