Stephan
Hey Shelly, just replaced 4 Dimmer2-devices on outside illumination (as they tended to loose Wifi-Connectivity) with 2 Pro Dimmer 2PM / firmware 1.3 / lan-wired. In all 4 cases there are 5 LEDs connected, each running at 7w max. On/off Switching works fine but dimming fails, Calibration beaks on all channels of both devices at approximately 10% stating "Calibration aborted because the lights are not dimmable". Rubbish - indeed lights are dimmable - and dimming worked perfectly fine using dimmer2-devices. Config attached - any idea or simply DOA? Stephan
They are called HOFTRONIC Venezia LED Einbaustrahler Schwarz - 6 Watt Dimmbar 2700K - IP65 für Bad, innen & außen https://www.into-led.com/de/dimmbarer-led-einbaustrahler-schwarz-venezia-6w.html?q=venezia
bitfactory
Same problem here. Tried with different light sources. All around 7w and definitely dimmable (worked with Eltako dimmers before). I also tried using just one light and up to 6. No change.
Shelly Olsche Posted May 26 Shelly Share Posted May 26 @bitfactory Same question for you: Which manufacturer and type of light bulb is used?
bitfactory
Tried with these (+ more which i do not have at hand right now) -> COB LED 220-240v 7.5w (no name from a local store here -> c-light) Osram ac03076 2700k 50/60hz 52mA 7w 220-240v Osram ac32396 2700k 50/60hz 32mA 4w 220-240v I tried them singular and all together. Members thgoebel
According to specs, both OSRAM bulbs are not dimmable… Edited May 26 by thgoebel
bitfactory
Good point. The Osrams were sold as dimmable but according to the online specs you are right. I just connected the COB Led directly to the dimmer (so no long wiring inbetween) and there calibration was possible now. I'll try to trace this futher an report then.
