jlu
H&T shows one hour early for Amsterdam. Any option to switch off the time display on the device? Quote Translate Revert translation? Shelly Olsche Posted March 13 Shelly Share Posted March 13 When H&T Gen3 is currently sleeping: Please press the device button 1 time to wake up your device. Now it is possible for short time to set the local time zones in the settings menu via the app or at https://control.shelly.cloud -or if the internal IP address of the H&T is known via the WEB-UI Quote Translate Revert translation? jlu
Tried both, web interface and app. Can indeed choose the timezone. But after reboot it switches back to’null’. See attachment. Shelly Olsche Posted March 14 Shelly Share Posted March 14 I'm wondering how you tried to set the timezone to Amsterdam. via Autodetect? Amsterdam is not on the list, only Brussels is nearby Quote Translate Revert translation? jlu
I managed to get the correct time via the web ui. Via the app it is not possible. You have to select the timezone and enter 0 for longitude and 0 for lattitude. Probably something to fix with the next firmware update? Quote Translate Revert translation? Shelly Olsche Posted March 14 Shelly Share Posted March 14 Why don't you just use Autodetect? or do you choose Brussels as the next possible option? Bring the device a little closer to the router for settings, reception may be very poor Quote Translate Revert translation? jlu
what i described in the post above applies to all locations in the drop down list. btw. autodetect does not work. the device is 10cm from the router.
