Hello @Frank

 

the community language is English.

It would be helpful if you showed us a few pictures/screenshots and error messages that arose when the integration attempt was unsuccessful.

Which WiFi network are you using (2.4GHz required) and what is the procedure for attempting to integrate it?

Please try the following:

-Reset Shelly Plus 1PM to factory settings (press the device button on the back for at least 10s)
-Connect to the device via the access point provided (via the IP 192.168.33.1)
-Enter the WLAN access data in the WLAN settings

Does the Shelly Plus 1 now connect to the WiFi network? You can check this in the router

Eine Fritzbox habe ich. Bis letzte Woche hatte ich einen anderen shelly in Betrieb, der hat funktioniert  habe ihn Dummerweise zurückgesetzt. Jetzt kann ich weder den alten noch den neuen einbinden.
