Shelly Smart Control - Offline operation

Hello,

The operation with Shelly Smart Control is almost impossible when there is no internet.
I don't remember to be like this with the old app.

If you have Wi-Fi, but the Router/Modem is not providing internet (operating only as DHCP server and gateway), the application freezes constantly.
I can demonstrate it easy, has I have my ISP connection is down and could not perform normal operations.
(I believe is very easy to simulate; MODEM On, Fiber cable OFF)

After the App acquire the status of some devices, it freezes on that same room, being impossible to operate.

Despite certain bugs found that may be fixed, can it be added a button called "offline" where the application does not try to fetch the Cloud status, and operates locally instantly with the IP addresses?
I was able to control the devices over IP/browser..

Old or new app all need internet because part of the date is stored into cloud. App can control locally devices but you should have access to the cloud on the same time.
