The install is without a wall switch. control is done via the app. I have the app installed on my IOS phone. When I try to open or close the shutter, I can hear the switch ticking but the shutter is not moving. Any advice? Thanks, David In the picture from right to left (what I think :)); earth coming from the engine connected directly to earth, blue from engine connected to 02, red from engine connected to the right L, red from the main supply connected to the left L, black from engine connected to 01 and blue (neutral) from the main system connected to N. Can Blue be the Neutral and the Red and Black be the two directions? Also, I do not see a Red wire. Do you mean Brown? 1 Quote Translate Revert translation? Have a look at the following video it is for the wave shutter but the installation would simular use case. Main thing to keep in mind. is the phase cable that is use for the roller to go up and to go down. Quote Translate Revert translation?
