k2autoplus Posted July 4 Share Posted July 4 Bonjour, depuis vendredi j’ai perdu le Cloud sur tous mes modules sauf deux. Les deux qui sont encore fonctionnel sont des shelly 2 p.m. tous les autres sont injoignables de l’extérieur. Je vous joins quelques images. Visiblement je ne suis pas le seul. Dans ce cas je voudrais savoir si il y a eu un bug du côté des serveurs de Shelly de façon à pouvoir patienter, merci à tous. En local, il fonctionne très bien, mais en extérieur je ne peux plus les utiliser. Merci Quote Translate Revert translation? Heinz Posted July 9 Share Posted July 9 Find the device IP address click on the IP then you will log into the device go to "Diagnostics" as seen below Click on the "Enable them from here " button Click on the "enable Websocket debug" check box and click save settings Go back to the "Diagnostics page and then download logs Click on the Download Debug log from here you will be able to see everything your device is or is not doing Quote Translate Revert translation?
