Shelly Duo offline and stuck in blue

Hello,

i have a few Shelly Duo RGBW GU10 offline from my network. No one in adoption mode. 
First it was a few minutes per day then hours and now they are totaly gone. 
i reset my units with the five time on/off in 10 sec and all deviced became blue. 
then… nothing, not online on my network, not in adoption mode. 
what can i do ?

i have more than 300 Shelly in my house so i can tell i love the brand but sometime some of your products feel really cheap…

Ok but in my case, no problem with the electricity of my house… and the faulty Duo are working a bit because they stay on and in blue… but no wifi.

There is no other procedure to reset them better ?

Well… 7 dead units for now, from multiple dealers. I have 300+ Shelly devices at my home and i can tell the duo gu10 and 1PM gen1 are the weakier models from this brand. So much faulty units.

And i lost 3 more devices...

Do you plan to commercialize a new model soon ?

Meenwhile i will buy Tapo L630 instead of those amazing products...

I had three Shelly Duo GU10, one broke after about 1,5 years. I replaced it with a new one and about 3-4 months later, the remaining two ones broke shortly after each other. The fourth one, which I bought last, is now the only remaining one. They really seem to be faulty.
