GrandJan Posted June 9 Posted June 9 Dear Forum, since some days I have a Shelly Plus 2PM which works "normally" but is not able to output power on one of the two outlets. When I activate one of the outlets I can hear the relay clicking read that the voltage is going up to 230V, but there is apparently not enough power to move the shutter motor which is connected to it. The other outlet works as expected. Any idea what causes the issue and what to do? KR Quote Translate Revert translation? Members thgoebel Posted June 9 Members Posted June 9 Does the shutter motor move if switched by a traditional switch (not with Shelly)? Do you possess more than one Shelly plus 2PM so that a swap between the two devices could be executed? Does the “bad” output drive a light bulb if connected tentatively on your workbench? GrandJan Posted June 11 Author Posted June 11 Thanks for the reply. I tested all you wrote and everything worked. In the end I installed the shelly in the original position and now it works like before. I have no idea "why"... Quote Translate Revert translation?
