Oaf
Hello, does someone know what the meaning of the red switch in the example diagrams for the shelly plus 2pm is? I understand the "push button" symbol, the "open switch" symbol, but "red open switch" eludes me a little. Quote Translate Revert translation? Shelly Olsche Posted May 31 Shelly Share Posted May 31 This refers to the safety switches, see also the user and safety guide: https://kb.shelly.cloud/__attachments/391315459/Shelly Plus 2PM multilingual printed user and safety guide.pdf 1 Quote Translate Revert translation? Oaf
Thanks a lot, that's very helpful. I have a shutter switch with two mechanical rocker switches which cannot be both in the "closed" position a the same time (mechanically blocked), meaning the up rocker switch must be reopened first before the "down" rocker switch can be closed. This in turns means I have no safety switch, only two "normal"/black switches, correct? Just prepping my wiring, hence the questions. Quote Translate Revert translation? Shelly Olsche Posted May 31 Shelly Share Posted May 31 From the looks of it, it's a simple self-locking blind switch. Recommended setting: Input Type=Switch, Control Button mode=Dual Quote Translate Revert translation?
