Magnil
I have two Dimmer 2 sitting in the same box. Worked good for a couple of months but now one of them keeps loosing wifi connection. I get it up and running again and it says that wifi is good. After a couple of days or weeks it looses connection again. Have Unifi network with AP about three meters away and about ten other Shelly devices with no problems on wifi. Any ideas what could be wrong? Quote Translate Revert translation? Heinz
are the devices running on their own IoT VLAN? or are they on one SSID for all the devices? Why I ask this is because there are some settings that you can do on the router side that would make an IoT network more stable. Unifi networks tend to do some strange things with the wifi. What AP are you using as well? Quote Translate Revert translation? carlosfaro
I have exactly the same problem. I have a dimmer 2, which appears offline in the APP, but by directly querying the IP, it works. I have other Shelly and they all work well. I also have a unifi network Edited September 11 by carlosfaro Quote Translate Revert translation? Heinz
only way to really know what could be happening is with the Logs. If you have a Unifi network you can see the logs of the device from the Unifi ACP Quote Translate Revert translation?
