Shelly EM switch control

I've connected my EM to the cloud, I can control my switch in the EM via the web interface via my computer. My I Phone has installed de Shelly App. The shelly app can control my other devices in my network, I can get all power consuming information of the EM at my app, but I can not control the switch of the EM in my APP. I can control the switch via my phone connecting directly to the EM by using it's static IP adress. So the question is: Why can I control all my other switches in my network via the mobile Shelly app exept for the switch in the EM ? My EM is connected to the same WIFI network as my other switches

Additional information. It has worked before but I'm really not aware of any change. I've also reinstalled the shelly with same results as shown above

This is a bug in the Shelly up, which prohibits the switching of the relays of Shelly EM and 3EM devices. Hopefully this issue will be amended soon…
