nfrade
Hello all, I want to convert a lamp to use a Shelly Dimmer 2 inside and use a toggle switch for turning on and off and also regulate the brightness. My question is what are the power/current ratings needed for those switches? How much current do the two SW connectors pull? I have been using my Shelly devices with existing normal main wall switches so this was never an issue, but for this project, space is very tight. Is it safe to connect L and SW connections with a mini toggle switch rated 2A 250VAC and also smaller wire insulation? Or this is just not safe enough? Thanks in advance. Members thgoebel
Each SW input pulls about 37μA if activated by switch or button against live potential.
