Symptoms: 1. Device can be added to the app, but you can’t open device interface by IP. 2. When you try to open device by IP the response is: {"rssi": 0, "power": 0.00} How to proceed with FW version before 20190520 or 1.5.0 1. Power on device 2. Press reset button on the back shortly 3. Device will boot and will leave from this mode temporary. 4. Enable Wi-Fi (if not) and connect device to your home network using the app. 5. Find what is the device IP, you can find it in Settings - > Device info. Or you can use Shelly Device finder from here: https://shelly.cloud/ShellyScanner_win.zip 6. Update device to latest version, press Update button. 7. Wait 3 min 8. Press reset button shortly 9. Execute from PC or phone browser http://192.168.33.1/settings/developer?selftest_done=1 or http://deviceIP/settings/developer?selftest_done=1if the device is in your wi-fi network How to proceed with FW version after 20190520 or 1.5.0 1. Power on device 2. Check the LED – should flash fast 3. Press reset button on the back shortly 4. Device will boot and will leave from this mode temporary. 5.
