hi all, the description of this product says that it can be used white led bulbs as well + dimming functionality. Does it imply that this can be used in place of this ?

Dear All, I am a complete newbie to Shelly devices and trying to learn the various feature offered. I am looing at installing the dimmer 2 at several light swithces in my renovation project. However I am confused as to which switch should be fitted outide.
