supportadmin Posted April 22 Share Posted April 22 Hello @Johann When you enter from browser at https://control.shelly.cloud, click on forgotten password. Afterwards, after few minutes you will receive an e-mail with password recovery link. Use it to change you password. If you still have some problems, contact support@shelly.cloud with your account email details and they will fix the problem for you.
