How to reset a password in the shelly app

Due to a mistake I have lost my password for the shelly app. E-Mail is valid.

How can I reset the password without deleting all data created so far?

Hello @Johann

When you enter from browser at https://control.shelly.cloud, click on forgotten password.

Afterwards, after few minutes you will receive an e-mail with password recovery link.

Use it to change you password.

If you still have some problems, contact support@shelly.cloud with your account email details and they will fix the problem for you.
