How to have a script automatically start?

I have written 2 scripts.

One  addEventHandler script

Shelly.addEventHandler(function (event) {

When I unplug the shelly plus S and plug it in again, it always seems to start.

 

I have one other script that does not have a addEventHandler, and when I unplug and plug this does not auto start (even when it was started before I unplugged it.)

Do I need a addEventHandler in the script to have it start? Or am I overlooking something. When I start it with the start button it does start.

 

Also not really sure what the switch behind the script name does (see image)
