On/Off Device Scene

Good day everyone.

I have lots of scenes created for different devices but i always create a scene to switch On and then another scene to switch OFF.

Is there a way to switch a device On and Off within the same scene by device actions?

I tried programming this but can't get it to work.

If i can get this to work it would reduce my scenes by 50%.
