POCMAM
Hello, Excuse me for a a question that will sound trivial to most of you. I bought a shely Plus 1 module to pilot the main switch that controls my electric water heater ( the shelly is not meant to control directly the water heater but an electric power switch controlled byt the utility main meter which automatically switches appliances on or off depending on the time of the day). This is just a electro-magnet (i.e. inductive) which is protected by a 2A circuit breaker. It is a very common device in France, where I live. My question is very simple. I am wondering what would happen in case the wifi network breaks down. Is there a way to manually actuate the Shelly switch The documentation shows that you can connect a manual switch. Does this manual switch act as a 2 gang switch with the Shelly switch. Is there a way to put a LED on the manual switch to monitor if the circuit is ON or OFF? Thank you in advance for your answer.
