David Della Bina Posted August 13 Share Posted August 13 Salve, sono nuovo su questo gruppo, ho un problema con uno Shelly plus 2pm che comanda la tapparella di una stanza, praticamente funziona tutto regolare con app funziona anche associandola ha dei gruppi ma non riesco a comandarlo con Alexa mi dice che non lo trova. volevo dirvi che sono stati istallati anche altri 4 shelly nelle altre stanze sempre per comandare altre tapparelle e funzionano regolarmente anche con alexa l'unico che non riesco ad associare ad alexa è questo di questa stanza. come posso risolvere il problema? To control multiple Shelly devices as a group using Alexa, you'll need to create the group within the Alexa app itself. Quote Translate Revert translation? David Della Bina Posted August 25 Author Share Posted August 25 Salve, forse mi sono spiegato male: in casa ho 5 tapparelle comandate da 5 Shelly alexa ne vede e ne controlla solo 4 il quinto non lo trova ho provato in vari modi per associarlo ma mi dice sempre la stessa cosa: dispositivo non trovato.
