Zaspanc Posted July 23 Share Posted July 23 I have several devices, bought through different channels (Shelly direct, Amazon, local dealer, ...), also some friends have the same issue with theirs. Done several FW updates since installation (regular updates-official through the app), never changed a thing. Voltage measurement is not working, or better to say not updating in the app, what makes the voltage graph totally useless. As I understand, device have V measurement after relay, so I can understand that voltage is 0 when the switch is off. Measurement is working if I look on device's own webUI (direct IP in browser), I see the change after each refresh of page. But in the app (https://control.shelly.cloud or in the Android app), when it's turned on, only one measurement is done and the value remain the same until switched off then on again, when new meaurement value stays there forever... As I think I'm not the only one seeing this issue, when can I expect to be solved? Thanks. Quote Translate Revert translation?
