Zboss
Hi everyone, I have a single-phase installation, with 2 electrical panels (1 on each floor), and I wanted to monitor the consumption of several lines. So a few months ago, I bought 2 Shelly Pro 3em and I installed 1 in each panel. The installation was easy, I use them with HomeAssistant and everything was ok. But approximatly 1 week after the installation, both of them became unreachable 24 hour appart (no data in HomeAssistant, no web interface and no ping response (fixed IP)). I restarted them using the circuit breaker (I protected each of them with one), and they came back online. But they keep being randownly disconnected, maybe each week or each 10 days (not necessarly in the same time), and I have no idea why. I suspected a wifi problem at first, so I set up one of them with a network cable (the other is still on wifi), but the problem is exactly the same. What can I do to troubleshoot them ? Thanks ! tvbshelly
Perhaps a debug log can be helpful in finding the cause: Quote Translate Revert translation? English (American) Finnish French German Italian Portuguese (European) Spanish
Zboss
Thanks for you answer, I will try that, but are the logs cleared after a reboot or not ? Quote Translate Revert translation?
