why this command API don't work on TRV?

http://192.168.59.130/settings/actions?index=0&name=valve_open&enabled=true&urls[]=http://192.168.59.162/script/1/AperturaValvola?CaloriferoPaolo

This command work for enable, but don't work for urls[], it remain always empty ... 😞
