I got the firmware file from support to downgrade my Shelly'S to v1.3.3. This was the version working before. According to the anwer i reseved there is an issue in the Sunny Home Manager which causes the disconnects with firmware 1.4.0 and 1.4.2. This should be fixed by SMA to make it work again.

Is it possible to get the 1.4.2 beta firmware files to downgrade till the problem is fixed. The issue caused the Sunny Home Manger log spammed continuously with disconnect/connect messages.

Had the same issue with firmware 1.4.0 after the update from 1.3.x. 1.4.2 beta fixed this problem but with the 1.4.2 release the problem is back again? Please can you solve this. It also would be good if there will be an easy way to go back to a working firmware if there are problems.

Logged in to the web interface of each shelly individually. There you can see the update. Shelly APP on Android or via Windows (Cloud) i have not see the update.

Installed the Beta version yesterday. Till now it is working without the Problems I have seen with 1.4.0.

Same problem here with Sunny Home Manger 2.0 after update to 1.4.0. My five Shelly Plus Plug S randomly disconnecting. Sometimes they reconnect after a while sometimes not. I don't use them for switching with the Sunny Home Manager but to measure power. In the Sunny Portal i have the the gaps in the measurement. As i read here there looks to be no way to downgrade to 1.3.3 anymore? I hope an fix is coming very soon. How such update could be released with this kind of problems. Looks to be this is also affecting some other use cases.
