NBS Posted November 30 Posted November 30 Details - I have purchased 8 Shelly relays (directly from Shelly) to use as switches for lighting and fans in my pavilion. 6 Shelly 1 Gen3 units 2 Shelly Dimmer 2 units 1 Button Tough 1 pushbutton I have made plans to connect each relay to its own breaker (15A, 120v, USA residential power system) in the power distribution box and eliminate having to hang boxes for switches. I was successful at installing the first relay (S1 Gen3). I had to try several times, but finally it connected. I tried to connect the other relays to the circuits that will not need the dimmers; I have spent well over 8 hours of following every detail that I can find, calling Shelly customer service and have no success since they seem to be too busy to answer calls. The first relay connected has a state of no-connection and I cannot find out how or why it is in this state. 'No connection' All other relays are stuck in the 'pending connection' state; no way to find out how or why it is in this state, or how to get it into an operational state. 'Device is offline' I tried pressing the reboot button on the back of the relay to reset, removing power from the relay, deleting and rediscovering the relay. Nothing will move the state past 'pending connection'. All I need these relays to do is to turn power on and off to the lighting circuits (max 60 watt bulbs, no heavy-duty power needed). I am not asking a lot from this product ! Can anyone suggest a way to solve these issues or should I return them? Quote Translate Revert translation?
