Power metering - my 1st domotic attempt

Hi all,

 

my 1st message ever here, so I'm a totally newbie on this matter. I'm renewing my apartment and doing so I will remake from the ground up the electric system of my flat. The question is pretty simple: I will use the Shelly Mini 1 for light bulbs in all my rooms but I would like also to measure the electrical consumption of my main home appliances (namely: Air conditioner (20A) , fridge, wash machine, dry machine, oven, and... that's all). This way I will be able to create in HA some routines to signal when the wash machine has finished, how much power the AC system is using, and so forth. Which Shelly device should I use for power metering and controlling home appliances in these cases? EM or PM?
