RobertD Posted November 27 Posted November 27 My shellyem has a firmware from 2021. I can access the device via the Shelley app and via a local IP address. After a restart I am able to check for updated firmware availability with both the app and direct IP connection. When I choose to run the update it fails whether I'm using the app or a direct IP connection. Can anyone suggest a solution please. Quote Translate Revert translation? Heinz Posted November 29 Posted November 29 can you activate the diagnostics on the device and try do the update again and then post the logs of what the device is doing.
