Brane Posted November 25 Posted November 25 Hi, for few days now, devices that were shared to may familiy are offline, (funny, all except Shelly TRV, which is online). From my account everything looks fine and works as it should, from my home wifi or from mobile operator network. I can still share device and shared user can add it but is offline, like all previously shared and added devices. Shared users can connect thru web interface but from Shelly cloud doesn't work neither on Android or PC (devices are offline). Resetting Wifi and Wan routers didn't help. Any suggestions? Moved (deleted and registered ) one + Plug S, one + H&T and one TRV to the new account and shared. Sometimes the H&T is online and when I refresh the "Shelly control" in the browser it changes to offline. Works well in browser and Android app for the owner account. From the local web interface on the Plug S I found this in the diagnostic file "server": "shelly-142-eu.shelly.cloud:6022/jrpc" Is this the server ? EDIT: Under Account settings - User Info - Access and permissions - Authorization cloud key - Get key Server: https://shelly-142-eu.shelly.cloud The account that I have shared to is using Server: https://shelly-136-eu.shelly.cloud Both found using "Shelly control" web portal. -Audun Edited November 26 by AudunDD Found the server the account is using. Brane Posted November 27 Author Posted November 27 Hi, thanks for help I'm connected to Server: https://shelly-144-eu.shelly.cloud, and my intention was to delete all my 14 devices from cloud and then rejoin. Luckily I didn't have enough time at that moment so I deleted just one H&T. After few hours suddenly everything went back to normal so I added and registered H&T back again and now all works as it should. I can't find any logical explanation other then something was wrong with cloud or my account. Quote Translate Revert translation? AudunDD Posted November 28 Posted November 28 Hi, It seems to work for my devices as well. This morning I removed the shared devices and shared them again from the owner. Still Offline.
