Amazon Alexa and Google Home is not able to control shelly Devices

Amazon Alexa and Google Home is not able to controll any shelly device anymore. Same problem with Alexa and Google Home since 6 p.m. German time

Hi,

same problem here !
since today, I cannot control my Shelly devices using Alexa Skill to switch them On or Off anymore. My Shelly Adroid App is working perfectly, all devices are up to date in Terms of firmware, and they are connected to my WLAN. Also i can switch any Shelly with the Shelly Android App.
If i want to switch a shelly, Alexa is telling me that the device is not responding.

But obiously the Alexa App can read the state of the the devices, as i still can see its state on the Alexa App when they are manually sitched On or Off.

Hi,
same identical issue since few days. Alexa is showing the Shellies status but if you try to switche them on or off is giving a generic "server error" message. Everythinf is working without any issue if you control the devices through the shelly app. Devices are connected to the cloud. Removing and reinstalling the shelly skill form alexa does not solve the issue.

problem seems to be resolved here.
Some hours later everything was back to normal and working as expected.

I see status updates of my BLU door in Google Home, however in automation the status is not available to trigger any actions.
