Shelly Dimmer 2 occasional flicker

Hi All - Any suggestions to fix my issue?

 

I have fitted a new Shelly Dimmer 2 to 5 x Integral 5.7w dimmable GU10 bulbs.

 

Sometimes - (not every time) when switching on via the wall switch or when adjusting the brightness from say 50% to 100% via Alexa, the bulbs will flicker once few seconds later.

 

I have updated the firmware to the latest version and the problem still remains.
