TheT Posted November 20 Posted November 20 Hey there, sorry I'm new to the Shelly community and I'm sure my problem is easy to solve. I bought a Shelly Plus 2PM to control my electric shutters without a switch. I wired everything according to the plan in the instructions: But after switching on the power, I can't access the Shelly from my smartphone. I can't connect it in the app either via Bluetooth or via Wlan-AP. Even in the smartphone settings, I can't recognize any devices via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi. As the devices are refurbished, it is possible that they have already been configured by the previous owner. To reset or switch on Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, I have tried pressing the small button on the device 5 times and holding it for 5, 10 and 30 seconds, unfortunately without success. Does anyone have any ideas or have they had this problem before? Best regards TheT Quote Translate Revert translation? English (American) Finnish French German Italian Portuguese (European) Spanish
Heinz Posted November 22 Posted November 22 thats strange when you hold the button down for 15 seconds you should then see that the Shelly SSID will be visible. also just to make sure that your device is connected correctly can you send a image of the device Quote Translate Revert translation? TheT Posted November 29 Author Posted November 29 hello and thank you for your support. I went back to the site today and photographed the wiring. I also replaced the Shelly with another one from the set but I can't connect to it either. Either several from my set are defective (which is possible) or I have not yet understood something fundamental. Quote Translate Revert translation? Heinz Posted November 29 Posted November 29 is there a reason you have two phase cables going from the wago to the shelly device ? Quote Translate Revert translation? English (American) Finnish French German Italian Portuguese (European) Spanish

TheT Posted November 29 Author Posted November 29 I had seen this with the 2 phases in a YouTube video and thought I had read it from the connection diagram (from which I uploaded the photo above). It seemed strange to me at first, but I'm a computer scientist and have only limited knowledge of electrical engineering. But I can try it tomorrow with just one cable if you think that makes sense Quote Translate Revert translation? English (American) Finnish French German Italian Portuguese (European) Spanish
