Shelly 1 not working with Alexa anymore

Hey everyone,

Maybe someone can help me out here.

Since today none of my Shelly 1 is working anymore with Alexa. The app says that the Server is offline. All other Shelly devices are working fine with Alexa.

Its not a problem with the network or anything since I can switch them with the Shelly app.

I tried reconnecting, restarting, firmware, skill deactivating but nothing helps.

I'm really confused since only the shelly 1 (8 pieces) are affected.

Has anyone an idea?

Are you sure other shelly devices work for you ?  On my end any of the shelly devices doesn't connect to alexa. Also are reports from other cloud connected apps " smartthings and google ", still waiting for a notification from shelly

Yep. Others are working. 

Have 4 Shelly 2PM in use for out window shutters and the work perfectly fine.

I have the same issue with Google Home. Looks like it could be a shelly issue.

Since today, all Shellys are no longer accessible by Alexa. "Server not available".

All are working via App and are  connected to the Cloud.

Unfortunately not. Whats funny is that the Alexa app is still updating the on / off status after some time. So there seems to be still a bit of communication.

Same with Google home. See status of devices but not able to control them.

The same to me. Since today it is not possible to control Shelly plugs via Alexa.
