Wall display can - via home assistant - put lights (with Shelly behind) on , although internet/wifi is down ??

Hello,

Internet is down here (problem provider)!

So all Shelly devices are off-line.

But wall display -- home assistant is still working ??  i can put the Lights (via Shelly devices/plugs) on with my home assistant installed on WD.

Cell Phone doesn't have access to home assistant (is normal!)

How is this possible?

Ok. I suppose it was an on/off situation.  Provider was working on internet and now and then there must have been connection... Only thing is can think of...

tha HA and shellys are on localnet, that is working so you can send command between them.
