I have several Shelly Dimmers (2) in my home and plan to install more. Today I wanted to install one in the attic with a double pulse push button. The well-known scheme like all the others. When I turned on the sockets, the earth leakage circuit breaker tripped. After I removed that dimmer, I had problems with the other dimmers:
All LED spots (2 zones) turned on when the power was switched on. They flicker and cannot be controlled via the push buttons (not on or off, no dimming). They are offline in the app. With a factory reset it is difficult to connect, and if there is one, the dimmer cannot be controlled via the app or cannot be included(!). Doesn't respond to anything anymore.
What have I done so far:
- Firmware update
- Set that they must remain off when powered
- Set using double push buttons
- Multiple ways factory reset (switch 5x, button on the back, via the app)
- Ensured that WiFi was available before Dimmer came to life

This has now cost me 4 dimmers and I am a bit at my wits end. Does anyone have any suggestions?
ps. Even my electrician can't remember, but thinks the relay in the dimmer is stuck.
