However most of my Devices are offline in the Shelly app. What can be the issue here and how to correct this? Quote Translate Revert translation? Heinz Posted November 19 Posted November 19 can you check what server your account is located on to find that out go to the user settings and request a auth cloud key it will then show you the server Other thing that could be that im not sure do you have a firewall on your network or have had one installed? Johncoffee Posted November 19 Author Posted November 19 (edited) Thanks for your response Heinz. Interestingly the connection of my devices re-established a hour after my post above. It worked till today around 3:45pm. When I just came home from work today I realized that most of my devices appear Offline again. This wasn’t the case since I installed Shellys in my home. Daniel123 Posted November 19 Posted November 19 Same Problem here I have the Same Problem with all my Shelly devices. Even a reset could not fix this issue. I have enabled the eventlog and found this Event: shelly_http_client.:303 0x3ffe9bc0: WSS shelly-69-eu.shelly.cloud:6022/jrpc (CA shelly_cloud.pem,ca.pem All other Events Had to do with Switch Status etc. Hope this helps the topic Greetings fromm Germany Daniel Quote Translate Revert translation?
