Shelly motion 2: scene starts without reason

Good morning, I am using a Shelly motion 2 sensor as an alarm for an apartment (with a related siren routine, email, etc.). The only triggers are movement or tamper (if the sensor is moved). In the span of 1 month, I have had 2 false alarms without finding any evidence in the events where there are no stimulations of the sensor of any kind (the last recording always corresponds to the last real access to the apartment). The only anomaly that happened in one of the 2 times is that the sensor was disconnected from the cloud for a few seconds. The idea I have is that sometimes, for some reason, the sensor restarts itself, generating the alarm... Has anyone experienced something similar or have any suggestions?
