Pyroa Posted November 14 Posted November 14 (edited) Hi, I've bought few weeks ago 3 Shelly 1PM Plus (Gen1), they are recognized by the SMA Smart Manager, and they can be drived by it. this week i bought new Shelly 1PM Gen3, they are configured as the same way that the Gen1, but the Smart Home Manager don't see them. Are the news shelly not compatible anymore with the SMA smart home Manager ? I'm disappointed if i had to looking on the web for the old version and buy it just for the compatibility. Members thgoebel Posted November 14 Members Posted November 14 (edited) Shelly plus 1PM is generation 2. You should observe the compatibility list of SMA: https://files.sma.de/assets/278405.pdf Unfortunately, Shelly 1PM Gen3 is not (yet?) listed. This issue belongs to SMA… Edited November 14 by thgoebel Quote Translate Revert translation? English (American) Finnish French German Italian Portuguese (European) Spanish

Not sure that's belong to SMA because on another topic, users was able to connect to the SMA with old firmware. Anyone know the protocol used to connect to a SMA Smart Home Manager ?
