Tdenoo Posted November 14 Posted November 14 I would like to make my old washer smart. The 1PM would be in the outlet to control the power to the washer and will be controlled by my SMA home manager. The washer, when turned on, will go in a pause mode. This is where the 1mini would come into play. I would solder the 1mini parallel with the push button to trigger the start pause button of the washer. So when the power comes back on (1PM closes the circuit), the 1mini would need to be closed for a second. Would this be possible? The 1mini would need to power up (since it is internally soldered in the washing machine) and then be activated for a second and turned off again. Thanks for any input. NF1 Posted November 14 Posted November 14 I assume that many washing machines use an electric triggered closed/not closed locker and that one has to be activated before start. Just test by closing your machine manually, unplug/unpower the machine. If the start condition ist still "only" the start button you can proceed with your solution Quote Translate Revert translation? wooly Posted November 14 Posted November 14 I write here something on teh same subject (couls be useful for someone): Mi dishwasher cannot be started by supplying power, however it is possible to start it manually, remove power in the less than one second before it beeps to akcnowledge the command. At this point when you resupply it with power, it would start. Quote Translate Revert translation? English (American) Finnish French German Italian Portuguese (European) Spanish
