Internal Relay Output doesn't seem to give any Live power

I hooked up a power socket to the internal relay of the Wall Display today as a test to switch on and off a light.

But when I used the Shelly app to toggle the internal relay it didn't seem to provide any power on the O terminal - and so the connected light didn't power up either.

Is there something I've overlooked with the internal relay usage? I can hear it clicking when I toggle the switch on and off remotely.

I'm not using the latest beta firmware, nor am I using Home Assistant mode.

I'm assuming I've done something stupid 😆

Most likely, the internal relay is faulty. Would suggest to file a claim with your distributor.
