Notification from cloud to user when lost connection (or power source)

Hello,

At a remote building, we have installed energy supply measurement via Shelly Pro EM3, and sometimes it happens that there is a power outage or loss of connectivity. Is it possible to set the cloud to send me a notification in such a case? It doesn't matter if it's a paid service, I need information about the outage within a few minutes. Thank you
