Hallo,

ein fw Update 1.4.20 funktioniert bei einem von drei nicht.  Rebooting device……. nix passiert

auch mit BLE debug app

defekt….

 

Reset ja

pairing ja

update liegt vor ja

rebooting device ………..dann hängt es

was kann ich machen…

Probiere bitte folgendes in der BLE Debug App:

Beschreibung für Notfall-OTA:

1. Batteriefachdeckel öffnen
2. Drücke und halte die 1. Taste
3. Batteriefachdeckel schließen
4. Lass die Taste los
5. Aktualisiere auf die neueste Version 1.0.20.

Hab es nochmal durchgeführt, diesmal hat es geklappt auf 1.0.20

No meu também se passa isso. 

Não deixa atualizar.... Tenho que tentar o reboot

are you using the Shelly Blu debug app. 

make sure the Bluetooth is on your phone and then also make sure you hold the button down for 10 seconds or longer the app will then ask you to pair to your phone
