Multi Switch Application

I am trying to turn on all the bells, if any of the 4 switches are activated.

Is it possible for the Shelly relay to signal a contact closure to other three relays to turn on the bells attached to the relay.

yes this is possible. 

you will just need to set the rules to be on the device that when the Bell 1 = on then turn on bell 2, 3, and 4 and then do the same for the others 
when bell 2 is on then turn on 1, 3 and 4. 

I am sure there is a way to do it with scripting that will be more simple and but as I'm am also learning that atm the above is how I would do it
