Looking for information about the serial port on Shelly 3EM

Hello,

I discover that the Shelly 3EM device has a small port on the side which contains a serial port (RxD and TxD).

Do you have more information about the protocol used ? and what kind of information we can get from this port ?

With the „old“ Shelly 3EM, this port is for firmware updates (non OTA). At Shelly pro 3EM the GPIO port serves for coupling the Switch Add-On. There is IMHO no continuous output which may be used to get data from the device(s).
