Temperature switching point inaccurate

Hi I´m using a Shelly Plus with AddOn.

Switching works, but not suddenly.....there is a time or a temperature-delay in the switching points!

for e.g. with the settings below the heater stops first below 40°C instead of 26! Or starts first below 25°C.

Is there an internal offset of temperature or is there a time delay? maybe caused by refresh rate of the shelly?

At the moment it´s not possible for me to generate a simple regulation.....

please help
