BLE Advertisement Access through scripting? Possible?

Hello! Using a custom JS script to send to my websocket, but wondering if there's a way I can control the device ID, or modify the Manufacturer Data sent with the default BLE advertisement packet?

I tried some things that in console said they worked, however when viewing the bluetooth signals from it, im not seeing any changes to the device ID or Manufacturer packet. 

Is this accessible through scripting?
