I noticed from the Shelly changelog that from firmware version 1.2.0 the ECO mode has been disabled from the Plus 0-10V Dimmer product and it seems that this applies also to the Plus RGBW PM. If I understand correctly the reason behind this change is that there has been some flickering of the LEDs when operating in ECO mode. I personally use the Plus RGBW PM in a special application, where it is not controlling LEDs, but rather the outputs in are used in ON/OFF mode (100% brightness) for controlling buttons of a UI panel. The panel has also a temperature sensor, but now the readings are practically useless because of the heating effect of the RGBW Plus PM as the UI panel and RGBW Plus PM are mounted in the same enclosure. Therefore I would kindly ask if Shelly could bring back the ECO mode in some future firmware version and leave the decision to disable it to the user in case there are problems e.g. with LED flickering. The Shelly products are generally very versatile (especially this one) and I believe that there are many other potential users that want to use the devices in non-standard way. I also believe that running the device at lower temperature and power consumption would be beneficial for most of the applications.
