------------------------------------------------------------- Hello, You can ask questions about connecting the SHELLY DIMER GEN 3 to use it in different ways. Mickaël VIAPIANA Posted November 2 Author Posted November 2 Hello, Sorry for the picture. I just updated my post with the picture. Thanks for your help Quote Translate Revert translation? English (American) Finnish French German Italian Portuguese (European) Spanish
Members thgoebel Posted November 2 Members Posted November 2 Obviously, your dimmer has no 0/1-10V input. Thus, you’re not able to control the device with the Shelly Dimmer 0/1-10V PM Gen3. Mickaël VIAPIANA Posted November 2 Author Posted November 2 Hello, Thank you for your clear and precise answer. Could this SHELLY be the answer to my problem? If this SHELLY is not suitable, would you have a SHELLY to recommend ? Thank you for your time and help Quote Translate Revert translation? Members thgoebel Posted November 2 Members Posted November 2 The Shelly is not the problem but the driver. Unfortunately, you didn’t specify the type and manufacturer. We recognise this scheme: and conclude there is no terminal for control available. Quote Translate Revert translation? English (American) Finnish French German Italian Portuguese (European) Spanish
Mickaël VIAPIANA Posted November 2 Author Posted November 2 Hello, Sorry, I didn't think the model was useful if I gave the wiring diagram. Here is the brand: Legrand Range: Dooxie Model: Variateur universel dooxie 2 fils 125W - livré avec support et enjoliveur Alu Reference : 095240A Shop-link : https://www.legrand.fr/catalogue/interrupteur/variateur-universel-dooxie-2-fils-125w-livre-avec-support-et-enjoliveur-alu I am currently using this switch which also doubles as a dimmer without any problem. I just wanted to connect it to a shelly Quote Translate Revert translation? English (American) Finnish French German Italian Portuguese (European) Spanish
Members thgoebel Posted November 2 Members Posted November 2 (edited) Thank you for the link to Legrand! You‘ve bought a standard dimmer without a possibility for control with other devices. No chance to connect it with a Shelly device! (Some may say it would be feasible to control it with a Shelly plus1 via the external switch input of the Legrand device. But this would be not a kind of serious control but a fiddly bricolage…) Edited November 2 by thgoebel Quote Translate Revert translation? Mickaël VIAPIANA Posted November 4 Author Posted November 4 Hello, Thank you for your feedback. I'm going to buy another dimmer switch. Do you know how I can check if the next device can control other devices? Thanks again for your time and help Quote Translate Revert translation?
