Shelly 2PM Plus loses configuration after power has been shut off for more than 5 min.

I have 10 Shelly 2PM Plue devices controlling my storm shutters. When there is a storm we put up support braces to protect the shutters. During this time I turm off the power so the shutters can not be opened. When the storm passes and the braces are removed I turn on the power. Most of the devices then do not work. I have to connect to the device AP directly and reset all of the settings. Why does this have to be done? They should be remembering their configuration and  work just as they did before. Resetting these devices everytime they are powered off should not be happening. 

 

Any ideas on how this can be fixed?
